1. Service Agreement
All projects, campaigns, and marketing services offered by Squade Services are initiated only after a mutual agreement between the client and our team. Each service has defined terms, scope of work, and deliverables mentioned in the proposal or contract.
2. Cancellation Policy
Clients who wish to cancel a project or service must notify us in writing via email at info@squadeservices.com.
Cancellation requests made within 24 hours of payment may be eligible for partial consideration depending on the work status.
Once the project has started, cancellation is not permitted, and no refund will be issued.
Squade Services reserves the right to cancel or postpone a project if there is a breach of agreement, delayed payment, or unresponsiveness from the client.
3. Refund Policy
Since we provide digital marketing and creative services that require strategic effort and resources, we follow a strict no-refund policy once work has commenced. However, exceptions may be made at the sole discretion of management in the following cases:
Duplicate payment or technical billing error.
Project not initiated as per the agreement due to internal issues on our end.
All approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
4. Non-Refundable Services
Please note that the following services are non-refundable once work begins:
Search Engine Optimization (SEO) campaigns
Pay-Per-Click (PPC) or Google Ads management
Social Media Marketing or Advertising
Branding, Design, and Website Development
Content Creation or Copywriting Services
Any third-party tools or subscriptions purchased on behalf of the client
5. Project Termination by Squade Services
Squade Services reserves the right to terminate any service agreement or ongoing project due to:
Violation of company policies
Use of unethical or illegal marketing practices
Client misconduct or misuse of project resources
In such cases, no refund will be provided.
